A significant provision of the Affordable Care Act has been cost free preventive health care madndated in 2010. Insurance would now cover preventive healthcare services. These included cancer screening to reproductive health cae as determined bythe United States Preventive Task Force and has benefitted millions. This core provisio has now been revoked by a Texas Federal Judge that in turn now applies throughout the United States. This action will undoubedly wind its way to the Supreme Court. It is one more attempt to dismantle key provisions of the Affordable Care Act.
